  • 1 Cup Dried Oyster Mushrooms
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the dried oyster mushrooms in a bowl and cover them with hot water. Let them soak for about 15-20 minutes or until they become soft and pliable. Drain the mushrooms and gently squeeze out any excess water.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the rehydrated oyster mushrooms to the bowl with the seasoning mixture and toss until the mushrooms are well-coated.
